Actually CFC unlittles have an equally expensive weekend. Playing in their first big tournament in Texas.

I have an older player as well. You’ll realize in the not too distant future that sending middle school kids on planes to play soccer isn’t worth bragging about. Waste of money

You realize that the PNW has more snow on the ground than CT?

do you realize that they could also be playing indoors? who knows and who cares except CFC dads that are teaching their daughters how to play soccer on FIFA 2019? Same joysticking dads yelling on the sidelines during games.

DA has U14s going to CO as well and missing an additional school day. Both leagues need to shut that sh*t down. Thirteen years olds are not getting recruited and don't need to be flying around. Have an event or two but break it up into something much more regional.

CFC College commitment list vs. Oakwood
              Proof of development and success.
Jokewood still treading water and doing whatever it takes to keep their players away for the ECNL. They are smart and know once someone leaves....the revolving door opens.
Boys league about to fold with MLS clubs leaving the Academy. The girls academy will be dead in 2-4 years. Enjoy the trip.

Where in the posts did OW parents brag?? Im just curious as to where the bragging is from. Why are you so worried about OW parents wasting money? do you pay their bills? Since your daughter is playing in TX its not a waste of money because she's older. What age is appropriate? and when is it not a waste of money? Does your daughter start? if not is that a waste of money? so the rest of your teammates that don't start is a waste of money for them? You are so knowledgeable about money and how to spend it correctly. Maybe you should start a TS thread on proper ways of spending youth soccer money. please enlighten my mind! I am so curious on how much knowledge you have on how other people should spend their money.

Why do you take such obvious satisfaction and glee over this potential outcome?

Why not what? Why not fly 13 year olds across country to play other 13 year olds? If you can't see the stupidity of that you're definitely part of what ails youth soccer.

FSA has Pre ECNL at the same age. so whats the difference?

Actually CFC does too with their Arsenal Pre-ECNL team. My guess is that its a CFC dad who is close minded and his opinions only matter to him and does not pertain to anything he does with his child. Thats the typical CFC parent profile.

The difference is that FSA has their kids show up two weeks before seasons starts so they can construct the trebuchet to launch out of the back. A little silly to keep this huge wooden thing on the field, but it works for them
