2019-20 Standings:

U13:
CFC 5-3-1 (+1 GD) and FSA 2-5-0 (-8 GD)

U14:
CFC 1-7-1 (-16) and FSA 2-4-1 (-6)

U15:
CFC 1-0-1 (+1) and FSA 0-2-1 (-3)

U16:
CFC 0-2-0 (-3) and FSA 0-2-0 (-4)

U17:
CFC 1-1-0 (-1) and FSA 1-1-0 (-3)

U18/19:
CFC 2-0-0 (+8) and FSA 1-1-0 (+0)

Only the 2001/2002 U18/19 team would have probably proven drastically different. Both clubs are awful. End of story.

Game changer for OW if that’s the case. Just a few years ago they played in a not great NPL league, let kids play HS and frankly had way better recruiting results

You are right going nowhere not even the Jefferson cup. Maybe they can play in the travel tournament, it’s called the OPI
