Anyone else find it amusing that they spend so much to out in a cover for the stands and 20 foot camera tower and then record on a cell phone?
Watched for a few minutes ... OW Never approached midfield without a boot and CFC found it hard to score with 8 white jerseys in the box .... OW reminded me of FSA.

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostHa, misplaced bounces, that's funny, is that the terminology they use in GAL. OW was booting in panic, CFC was passing long, big difference. There was zero organizing anything with OW in that game. Given OW's performance in their two 2004 games against ECNL OW would be in bottom of the ECNL standings if not last. GA is a joke.
2007 CFC destroys OW
2006 CFC and OW both bad - tie game
2005 OW destroys CFC by 5 + goals
2004 CFC beats them every time
2003 both sub par
CFC has better athletes but OW is a better environment for girls soccer.
Unfortunately for OW they will no longer get the best kids coming from other premier clubs. Not sure how they can maintain any level of competition at 2006 and below.
Fortunately for CFC they will get all the best kids coming up from the youngers. Unfortunately for the players they will be taught how to play physical and that’s pretty much it.
If they were smart they would put MN in charge of a curriculum and implement from youngers all the way up.

At least CFC and FSA play in the same league. You’ll always get a few FSA parent spouting off off but then it dies down in May after the CFC sweep.
At least OW can claim superior exterior illumination

How about you not saying more, as you clearly have no clue.
Sorry to shatter the illusion that you had something elite going there. Go sell some raffle tickets and STFU

CFC OW should be a regular affair. Games would be very good and egos aside both clubs benefit from playing strong competition. For the most part CFC players are NH and Fairfield county. OW is Hartford focused. Not really targeting the same kids. OW just needs to drop the whole no high school nonsense, clearly not working
As far as the club matches, 2002 was the best team in CFC’s history and 2004 isn’t far off. After that the games would be close.
