2019-20 Boys DA schedule

Does anyone know what’s up with the 19/20 Boys DA schedule. They have posted a fall schedule as “Boys DA Cup”. Oakwood grouped with Beachside, Bolts, and Seacoast for home and away fixtures for the fall. If you look at Revolution they are grouped with NYCFC, Red Bull’s, Union, DC United, Baltimore Armour, Bethesda, PDA, & Impact.
Did they finally go to a two tier alignment for DA to keep MLS from pulling out?
Very interesting as I have not seen any post or announcements about this.
USSF trying to quietly make wholesale changes.

This will be the last year Oakwood and Beachside will be able to pull the wool over peoples eyes. The ship is sinking. If you thought you have lost players in the past just wait until next year.

FC Westchester, NYSC and Beachside are too close for the available talent.

USSF has neutered the non-MLS clubs who aren't in the first division. The East and NY/NJ leagues look like they will just sputter along with talent leaving as quickly as it can.

Don't be lulled into complacency. Your kid's team/club/league could blow up tomorrow. Things are constantly changing, even your kid's place on his/her team. It's good to be aware of general trends and have an idea of where to bail to should it become necessary. That said most of the posters obsessing over it probably aren't parents but club owners and staffers whose livelihoods depend on the state of the market

It's their way of giving MLS clubs what they want without officially making any announcements or splits. It may be enough to keep MLS in the DA fold, but will have the same impact on non MLS clubs - more starting to wonder why they're in DA if the pro clubs aren't involved

Given these developments, OW should put a call into Hartford Athletic and merge operations. OW/HA together would make a better case to USSF, and place OW among the pro clubs group of the DA.

A B-league club that is 3-15-4 and in 29th place and may not be around next year? Sure. HA has said they're not interested in youth soccer for now. They're trying to get a business up and running.
