Ahhh, the OW sucks guy emerges from wherever he resides and gifts us with such an awesome post. Thank you.

So appreciative for your informative post. Please add more. I'm sure its going to be something fantastic and clever. Maybe you and hotdog guy can collaborate on something about the moms, so witty. Ohh, we all wait for your next post. Hey, maybe you are hotdog guy....

Who really gives an F what stuff costs, really. Why give a F. Either pay and play or don't. Don't have to go and get your panties all in a bunch. In a really macro picture, all the clubs suck AND they all are awesome. It just depends on what side of the fence you are on. I wait for the awesome comment, please bring it.

Sorry, I don't frequent this site. I do though usually come on here around this time of year to provoke morons like yourself.

Yes they took a huge jump last year (probably to help pay for GDA) but this year's increases very modest and not out of line with other clubs.

Don't have to attend the Wesleyan Camp. We never have. You don't have to go to South America/Europe. Plenty didn't go. Trip to NC was about $1000 cheaper than you said (I know, I paid) and parents don't go, not everyone volunteers for the OPI, you only have to fill a certain amount of slots per team. Final bill - a hell of a lot lower than you make it out to be. Yes, you pay to go watch your kids play, but we tend to carpool to lower costs. Very, very few overnight stays (none for us this year actually).

If you don't "volunteer," go to the "annual dinner," or sell "raffle tickets," your kid gets benched (unless they are top 4).

There is a reason overnight stays are no longer, I’ll leave it at that........

So it is a little cheaper than the others, but what isn't said is the absolute lack of a winter program, no one will play in their indoor league or tournaments, and practices are far and few between at times. Fall and spring is a legitimate three nights a week plus games, but November to March is a joke.
