In the pay to play model, getting results (winning) is what attracts customers, especially at the younger ages. The issue with this business approach is that development takes a back seat. It remains all about winning. This approach doesn’t even require good coaching.
There’s a reason why some clubs beat others at the young ages but can’t at the older ones. And no, it’s not because the current crop of players are “the ones”, it’s because the clubs have different teaching methods and philosophies. It’s also because some clubs could give a rats ***** about winning at the young ages simply to attract customers. These clubs are true developmental clubs.

Sporting is a waste of time. The club will never ever get into the DA or ECNL. The coaching is a joke just look as they hired RC. The biggest scumbag is youth soccer. He’s never played and can’t coach and is an embarrassment on the sidelines.
