The TD is the individual that sets the curriculum for the program and has the coaches for each team follow that curriculum. They are the 'educator' sort of speak of the club and the bran of the club philosophy and style of play.

MK is listed as the TD at the top (of course :) ) https://beachsidesoccer.org/teams-coaches/. He's not listed with any DA teams, but also listed as the coaching director for BS South (which has two teams?) and all of premier.

Are there any USSF requirements or suggestions that an academy program should offer boys AND girls academy programming? In regards to BS, it looks like they will never offer GDA. Is that frowned upon by USSF, or do they not care?

They do not care. They will give it to any club that will pay and they can exert control over .... the weaker-minded the club (especially ones with deeper pockets), the better.

Look at some of the clubs in GDA in this region for next season and you'll quickly see they're taking whoever is willing to throw their hat into the ring. Quality isnt a criteria. I'm sure they'd love to have a flag placed in Fairfield County, but they know BS can't and won't do GDA any time soon.

Beachside and South Central when they both faced getting tossed from the DA merged forces and still can�t compete on the national level. Mickey is getting caught out for the trash that he is. The labor board should look close at his practices.
