The club, and parents, don’t understand how you construct a TEAM. To be fair most clubs and coaches around the area don’t either. Just gather the “talent” and expect to win.

Here’s a start, value kids with good attitudes who want to play as a unit and put the success of the team over scoring goals, trying to dribble the whole field because mom and dad are telling to, etc. etc. Winning is usually a byproduct of playing the game as a TEAM and not as a bunch of individuals. Does anyone have an explanation of how Oakwood is able to stay in mls next if they are performing so poorly? I’d imagine there’s a point where mls next may boot them out.

The same way as FSA and CFC is able to stay in ECNL. I don't have an answer, but none of these are performing that well...
