This is a team of mostly Oakwood players coached by a Oakwood dad who thinks he’s above the current coach. He’s pulling certain kids to play and leaving the rest behind.

Didn't Rick just send an email out telling parents not to do this? He should cut them immediately or he's a joke and his words mean nothing.

Why did half the U/11 Oakwood kids play in some crap tournament this weekend and not include their teammates? And then not even play as Oakwood?!?!?!?

Will never happen. That email was meant to setup team members 5-20 for dismissal and to keep them suckling in fear. This divisiveness has been going on at OW for years and it matters who you are. Their perceived "studs" have always had unlimited leashes to do as they please (see no HS rule for DA players as a prime example).
