This is really the biggest problem with Oakwood. No coaching. No direction. No instruction. They throw a ball into the middle of the field and say "see you in 90 minutes." That's why every team there is terrible.

That seems like an easy solve since STA probably already has a philosophy that can be borrowed and adhered to by new and old coaches.

Wishful thinking. You are high if you think any coach will change their philosophy just because the new boss says so. The might agree but to make everyone happy but will eventually go back to their old ways

Cameras are a wonderful thing. Easy to check up on things from NJ or anywhere in the US. “Dumb animal” coaching can be controlled and be managed out.

That lack of competition between these clubs has turned CT into a soccer wasteland where it could be so much more - we should be able to develop better players than Iowa, Idaho, or Tennessee.
