I use 3 inch River rock in the flower beds next to my pool. You use 2 inch River rock as a walkway. Whether it’s slides or cleats they are terrible to walk on.

FSA doesn't nor can OW ever manage anything like it because their facility is much smaller.

So, there's crumbling facilities and horrific performances with no effortsto change anything. That screams the owners are milking the business and have checked out.
