This must be one of the FHSAA idiots who think that they are bigger than the game and bigger than the only true authority of the game FIFA. Just one more reason why HS sucks and his name is Justin Harrison, who has just proved he is an idiot! Justin needs to take his double yellow cards, which by the way is a red card, and his blue card and shove it up the collective x

Under what circumstance is a blue card used?

Blue card is for an intentional handball in a goal scoring situation. Player is removed from the game, team plays down a man, but the player is not suspended for any additional games. The rationale is that this foul is usually a reactionary one and not premeditated. A blue card is used so players, fans, and coaches see that the disqualification will not result in further game suspensions. It is different but this rule actually seems to make some sense.

Anybody ever witness a blue card? I have seen lots of hand balls with yellow cards issued, but no blue cards

Do you think that some refs use the double yellow instead of a straight red to avoid the paper work? and also knowing the long suspension time for high school red cards

we had a handball in the Gateway Champioships in Jacksonville this year that was a handball in the box that drew a blue card
