Is it a competitive club? Never heard of it. Do they play Region or State Cup?

You did great.....until you ran in to talent........

solid spanking by c-SIDE.......and you were district champs....your district must have SUCKED.
DUH Isn't that what everyone expected?
The game was a kickball game gonig both ways! So you can't really tell who was better! The score doesn't matter.
That's exactly what you should have expected. Neither team is very strong. Countryside has a couple of very good players which is why they won, but neither team has much talent. ie kickball! Plenty of teams in the region, from other classes can kill both of them.

You're in dreamland. Only a couple of talented players on cside. So sure, they can be beat.
What top teams do these very talented EB players come from? South Hillsborough isn't "competetive". Aren't they a USA league team? What "competetive" team plays in that league at U18? By U14, the competetive teams are out of there. There's a reason people are asking who S Hills is. Gives new meaning to "not in the same league".

LOL! They have won only 3 of 10 games and are in the next to last position in their bracket of 8 teams in a weak USA league.

That poster wasn't implying that cdl was better than usa! LOL All good girls teams play in a league that is tougher than a region c league! More proof that you are clueless as to the levels of soccer that are really being played. No wonder you think East Bay is talented!

:laughinghard: That explains why no one's ever heard of them. WOW! A U18 region cup team! I used to think they didn't exist, and then I found out that they don't have rec at U18, so they play on region cup teams instead. Good for them for still playing and enjoying the game. But, who is this delusional parent that thinks this team or EB are playing good soccer? Are rec parents really this unaware of the levels that are out there? What do they really see when they watch games? Have they ever even been to games outside of region c leagues to know that HS and region teams suck compared to the competetive club teams?

I forgot to mention, the crack about the keeper is unnessecary. You can't tell how good a keeper is based on a teams record. They can't do it all themselves.

I am not associated at all with east bay but leave them alone. This is a string about HS soccer, not premier League club. They won their district which is a major accomplishment for almost any HS team. They do have have some very good players and also have some holes as do most HS teams. Ripping other teams and players is classless and a perfect way to get the soccer gods and karma off your side. Remember your post when your winning shot glances off the post.

Congrats again to East Bay. They will always have the memories of a 2 loss season and a district championship

I can't stand people who get on these threads and boast and boast about kids . Then when we find out who they really are and everyone sees that they are not very good, people start saying "leave them alone". Read the comments on how great these girls are and then tell me why should we leave these people alone. EB the truth is out!

If you read the posts, EB is the one singing their own praises. The others have been pointing out how weak their district is and telling them they were going to run into trouble early, all along. The team that beat them isn't even a strong team. Even though this is a HS forum and everyone should know that the level of HS soccer is not the same as club, this team isn't even good in the HS scene. If they don't want people to tells them these facts, they shouldn't make their stupid posts.
