It is a different world - one is educating young men and the other is soccer. It is frustrating that with the help of all these licenses, the ISL coaches don't want the boys to make a nice easy pass. The days of ISL players going to D1 are over.

Academy soccer, good soccer???? Please. Not to mention how they are connected to many college coaches who don't care a bit about the kids. It is just a money-making machine, brain-washing boys with false promises that someday they will be pros.... Yeah, right.

League tables top 3 as predicted on foxsoccer.com

1.) Governor's Academy-
Entirely new starting lineup built around 7 new european players and 3 central american based players along with one portuguese striker riccio de costa. Beat Bereick 9-0 last Friday.

2.) lawrence-

Possibly the only school with mas foreign players than govs.

3.) St. Marks-

Had a young team last year with much room to move upward.

Governor's Academy

It looks like it's going to be another rebuilding year for these guys, however they do have a good chance at getting more points this year than last, all they need is one win. They have brought in a new coach (again) who is looking to help turn the team around. They are a young team this year with only 8 or 9 upperclassman. That being said they have a very strong sophomore class lead by #14 Nick Moore. They will certainly be in contention for next season.
