Looks as though it will be a rebuilding year for Brooks losing key seniors GC and others, young goaltending and starting lineup will certainly be tested. Did they lose any other key players to Club soccer??
On a side note, I was in attendance of the Governors Academy vs. Berwick game, and am able to confirm that the speculations of foreign talent are true. I was particularly impressed with striker RDC with his hat-trick. The varsity squad did in fact beat Berwick 9-0 while the JV squad surrendered a late goal to lose 1-0 to Berwick's Varsity.

The information released of the Governors Academy 1-0 loss to Berwick was incorrect, the JV squad was the team that lost to Berwick's Varsity.

Not all dogs are born red.
The boys of the varsity mens soccer team at the Governors Academy have taken on the name of the lacrosse team in anticipation of a championship. They are already in midseason form scoring 18 goals in a game of bread and butter during practice. These 5 on 5 scrimmage results clearly indicate an isl championship.
On a side note, the boys just ordered new team backpacks. Looking fresh. Expected within 10-20 business days.
The boys seem to not show up to games prepared, which is probably due to the fact that coach Lincoln is no longer there to inform them that it is a "game day" also many of the foreign players struggle to read the athletic schedule and are easily confused by the days of the week.

LA 2- Milton 1. Great game and lots of skills on display from both sides. Great goal from Haji to break the tie in the second half

St. George 2, Groton 2.
Nobles 4, St. Sebs 1
Who knows what happens this ISL season. LA without AKa and AKu due to injury(?) but managed 2 goals vs what should be a tough Milton squad. Rivers without DM for season but huge 3-0 victory. Very early but looks like Rivers will be team to beat again this year. Nobles as a sleeper?

As a spectator today at MA vs. LA..AKu and AKa had plenty of playing time (70-80%). Haji #12 a very strong addition. MA had a 1-0 halftime lead and more possession and more quality chances...but LA's skill finished well. Final could have gone either way. Both goalies played strong with a blocked PJ by Milton and a tip off the bar by LA.

Possibly the only school with mas foreign players than govs.
3.) St. Marks-
Had a young team last year with much room to move upward.
Presumable they will get stronger after all the recruiting.
Do you have the link to the Fox site with rankings?
