The U.S. Women's National Team tied 1-1 with Canada in the first match of the two-game Celebration Series. A first-half penalty by Abby Wambach put the U.S. ahead early, but Melissa Tancredi tied it up right before halftime and neither team would get back on the scoreboard after the break.
