Kaka scored a last-minute penalty kick to give Brazil a 4-3 win over Egypt on Monday in its opening game of the Confederations Cup.Brazil appeared headed for a disappointing draw after Egypt scored twice in a minute on goals by Mohamed Shawky and Mohamed Zidan.But Ahmed Al Muhamadi was sent off for using his arm to block a shot on the line, and Kaka smashed in the penalty kick for his second goal of the game in this eight-nation warmup for next year's World Cup.
