SU lost a handful of great coaches in the past few years and replaced them with some college grad or some average coaches, what is your take on that? I am thinking about switch my DD to SU for easier commute.. no need to name call or anything, just want to hear opinions. Thanks!

EFC hired about 7 new p/t coaches. Not sure who left.
No conclusions drawn.
Choose what works best for YOUR kid.
My DD's happiness and enjoying soccer is my number one goal.

Seattle United has been declining for awhile. Losing players to XF and PAC like crazy. I wouldn’t send my DD/DS there.

Significant churn of coaches at PacNW:
7 New coaches + 4 coaches that are getting their first team's:
Scott Newman
Miguel Gonzalez
Zach Gallimore
Isaac Gettis
Fernando Villalba
Aaron Howe
Orlando Ramirez
First time with their own team:
Molly Merino
Jacquelyn Anderson
Ben Clayton
Kaitlyn Brantzeg
How do they have spots for 11 new coaches?

Leaving aside coach and training quality: Not sure which level/team your child is playing, but I found SU to be logistically challenging, especially when kids were younger. Because they don't have a home field for training, practices were all over the place and sometimes locations were changed a few hours before practice, which really screws things up if you are planning around other kids activities or say, your job that pays the fees. I would find out if that situation has improved from current parents. With XF, PAC or Eastside you have a more training schedule and you're generally going to the same location at the same time, which makes it easier to plan. If you only have one kid and a flex schedule personally, it might be ok from a logistical point of view
