So who is doing state cup??? I hear some are some clubs are not participating. When will it happen (if it happens), which clubs are competing as that will definitely change the landscape of who wins, and will there be regionals (possibly our states weaker teams representing due to larger clubs not participating)?

Every team in our division still has games during state cup weekend. I'd think people would start cancelling those if they registered? Maybe people are waiting for the schedule. But based on this thread alone, there will only be six teams at most in the state championships for our age group.

I'm not sure why Bastien puts down dates for schedules, I've yet to see a year when they've been posted on time.

Referees have been told there will be no Presidents or Championship Cups this year. Only Founders Cup. PSPL is planning to have State Cup for HS Boys in two weeks. Younger ages to go in three.

Will be nice if select lets their HS age teams play in founders so they get some games. Although a little silly to have a championship for teams that didn't even have a season, but at least it will get the kids that didn't play on a HS team on the field.

That would be a sad day for soccer if a lousy organization such as Valor was considered state champions.
