ECRL in the Northwest is going to be the B teams of the ECNL clubs. Valor can't beat most of them (I'll admit they have a shot against Snohomish B, Timbers B, and Spokane B) so what makes you think they will get into the ECRL? I'd put Whatcom and Issaquah in front of them in terms of quality and pecking order.
