Sounds like the fat has already been trimmed, some coaches already out, some coaches just hanging on to reassess come Tryouts. Boys HS tryouts will be interesting and a litmus test of the takeover. Get good numbers and it will be promising moving forward so long as they can secure access to fields. The big question will be the girls GA. Tryouts have already happened and their season starts soon, will they be able to keep that birth? That will be a big bonus for the WWS brand. I wonder if the board members that let the club kamikaze into oblivion will stick around or find somewhere else to put their kids?

Except for the odd player at Celtic or CWS, no EA players should be trying out for ECNL as they'll never make it. EA is a terrible league and if you've watched their matches then you know.

Everyone over $90,000/year will be gone except Marlon. His business model does not need them

Adam has made his millions by replacing $97,0000/year directors with $15/hour kids off indeed (he does have to pay $21 now) and then figuring out how NOT to pay these kid coaches for travel, warmup, planning or recruiting events only "contact time" with their teams

17 of their 43 coaches have grassroots licenses. if they want to be taken seriously by any good players over 12+ and their parents this will have to change. they can continue preying on below 12 years old dumb dumb parents but the results will never be there until they get some real coaches in there who can bring in A level players.

Why would Adam invest any more money into this club with higher coaches salaries than the bare minimum when he is already racking in millions of dollars? Most of his coaches with any experience have burned bridges with the more established clubs so they have nowhere to go

These proclamations with no actually knowledge are amazing.
