There is definitely someone out there who cannot get past this. I think Rory needs to report this.

I hope Rory sues to get the IP address/identification of the person threatening to harass him continuously and exposes them for the sick person that they are. This person should be in jail as they are clearly dangerous to him. An obsession is never healthy, it is dangerous.
I love the belief that it's one person.

People are working hard to keep this thread going so Rory stays at the top of the news. He is gone. Let it go. You canceled him.

Comical to hear you talk about IP addresses as if that would actually help track anything down. Best is they would get the name of the internet provider...and it is not something you can just access without a court order.

Nobody has threatened Rory in anyway. Actually it's the opposite - Rory threatens other people. He threatens retaliation.

We don't live in a country where opinions or parody are jailable offenses.

My oh my. Funny when the power differential isn't in your favor, all of a sudden the victim mentality comes out to play. Ironically the same tactic you accused so many others of adopting during your tenure. Sad, but quite predictable and characteristic of the sociopathic bully you are.

Rory has more chance of growing dreadlocks than he does of winning any lawsuit, for or against him, that would also include you Calyx seeing as though you like to continually defend him in here.

Working at tech companies has its advantages.

Admitting to stalking now too. Hilarious. The old coaches and their minions are showing how nasty they are now. So many people coming on here pretending to know ****. People who know the club know the history of behavior from this group. Rory was just the latest one. Ask Mark Timko or Adam Collins.

Interesting take. Where do you see anyone talking about stalking?

Here's what you don't realize - Gunners were a club in the community that many people loved and enjoyed. Parents were usually shielded from everything behind the scenes involving coaches and staff.

Rory made everything public by talking poorly about coaches in front of parents and other coaches. Rory, as the leader of the club took the chaos and conflict to a new level.

Nothing is ever perfect in an organization made up of people. Rory made thing worse.

You are assuming that the people on here posting don't know all the history from either being on the board, being a manager, or being friends with coaches and staff.

The attacks on Rory on here have often been beyond reasonable and quite obviously been one-sided. Coaches were talking badly about him long before he opened his mouth. Those of us who have been at the club a long time also know the damage these parent coach board relationships have done to the club. I have seen people blaming Rory for coaches not doing their job on here and I have seen people on here say really nasty things about him personally, about his health. A reasonable person will look at a situation and say that both sides have a part in the blame when something doesn't work out. As a parent in the club it is infuriating to watch the obviously organized way in which people have tried and succeeded to destroy the club because Rory wanted to try something different. It is funny to see how somepeople have forgotten all the problems that existed before him. Parents on here saying very bad things based on what they have heard from a coach without ever hearing the other side. You are all saying there will be lawsuits so let the court sort it out and stop trying to destroy someone based on emotion and weird attachment to your kid's coach that makes you believe every word they say. It will just be another chapter in this club's long history of animosity and mob mentality. The year before rory came, we had exactly the same situation. We have had it many times over the years. It makes reasonable parents want to put their kids in another sport.

Sean, why did the board fire Rory? If, as you say, he was merely the figurehead of a wider systemic problem, why did you fire him? And who on the board vetted his resume? Staff did, and they found out he was a charlatan long before he set foot in the office.

Everyone plays their role without question, it takes two to tango after all, but are you really suggesting the coaches and parents are responsible for Rory's treatment of staff? Banging tables? Hitting tents? Screaming at coaches until they cry? Intimidating staff? Retaliating against anyone that dare question his judgement? Lying and manipulating staff and members? Isn't that what the 3rd party HR report stated? Just post the report and clear everything up.

You keep talking about what he did in the last but no one will share examples. I asked Rory directly about bankruptcy a club in California and he said this was absolutely untrue.
What about the behavior he dealt with. He put up with a crazy amount of abuse from staff too. Have you ever asked the coaches about the other side of the story? I am sure both parties could have done better, but you are trying to destroy Rory completely without hearing his side or allowing him to share his experience. That is obsessive and problematic. Tell us what he did in the past that you have proof of.

There never will be any examples. All emotion, hysteria and hearsay. Look at the posts by the Rory-obsessed psycho(s), they have all the intellectual firepower of a high schooler.
