Few weeks ago I found one of the referee, who is also referee committee member, had lied in match report about incidents of caution and send off. The incident descriptions were such that to any other reader, it would be justifiable. The league that receives report did not know this. Only I and colleague who were assisting know that is not what happened - they were lies, plain and simple.

The referee committee is brushing a formal complaint off as minor and stale and not worthy of hearing.

What course of action is possible to take?
