Funny, XF is a complete POACH. Just ask the 35 kids sitting on the bench at ECNL1 and the entire team at ECNL 2. Those kids on ECNL 2 are fu5ked. They spend their entire youth on the second team working for their chance just to have 3 kids from Eastside, or 2 kids from SU or Eastern WA take their spot.
How does it feel?
What is it like to have 4-8 players not dress each week?
How do you have 24 kids on ECNL Academy and another 21 kids on ECNL 2?
Seriously? You have ECNL 2 rosters that have to not dress players.

XF is a travesty, take your kid out if they are not getting game minutes. B team is a joke you are wasting your time. Their entire philosophy revolves around poaching better coached kids from other clubs. That is why XF usually hires bums for coaches.

XF having rosters of more than 21 kids is paramount to stealing and is unethical. The fact that they have 2 ECNL teams at each age group and are doing this just shows you the depths of parental stupidity.
If you are at a club and there are more than 19 kids on the roster you should say something. If your club is unwilling to address, you should leave.
Only 18 can dress for a game. 19 with 2 goalies is the maximum that you should be "ok" with- personally i think that is too many.
16 including two goalies is ideal. If you have injuries pull someone up from the b team. They will love the opportunity.
I think the ECNL should limit roster size beyond what theybare doing.

Can a XF2 player guest play for XF1? Not that it could happen with XF1 20 plus roster sizes but curious how that works with ECNL?

It’s sad for the game and player development that teams roster so many players and really only play a few.
all that time and money spend and you would get more ball touches on the way from the parking lot to the field.
Wake up parents

I wish our coach poached more. Players leave to move up and he doesn't replace the roster spots. Squad gets thinner. Shame.

Again please explain what Jimmy does to the other RCL clubs. SU has a good reputation for player development. I had two kids play for SU and always felt they had the kids best interests at heart.
