Yesterday morning, I was watching this message board as someone spent an hour bumping about 30 threads. No real pattern to it, no new information added, and it was across all threads so no common point of view. The only thing all the posts had in common was the apparent methodology: go through the thread and try and think of something else to post to keep it going. Therefore most were short and had a reactive quality to them. Some questions, some pithy commentary, some "facts" that appear made up, a few obvious insults. The sheer quantity suggests a one-person trollfest. Same thing happened this morning. At this point,am estimating that 50-70% of the posts here are by people who aren't involved in youth soccer and are just trolling.

Now that tryouts are over ... whatever has happened with the Gunners/Titans donnybrook is past the endgame (until the next tryouts, anyway) ... the truth has come out with the individuals at Titans and Valor ... all the coaching moves have been revealed ....
It's kinda funny watching the trolls over the last few days trading short regurgitative posts with each other and resurrecting old threads because they have nothing new to work with. There have been, literally, two handfuls of posts with some thought behind them that suggests that someone actually has a kid playing soccer, has a board or administrative role, or knows what's happening on an actual pitch somewhere. The posts have either been purely reactive or based on information dredged up from online sources.
C'mon, folks! The trolls need to be fed! They're the only ones keeping this board alive!

I think the OP is correct. Ever since advertisements began to appear on this board, lots of threads are getting bumped regularly and usually in large groups. Someone is focused on driving add revenue.

It’s basically 2 people (pretending to be 10 people) pushing the Titans and gunners feud. Maybe we can create a sub forum for all WPL drama
