$3000 for reg. on a lower level team

It used to be 2200 is this just inflation?

For which club? That was last years Eastside and PacNW costs for 11v11, practices. It's Surfs cost for 2 practices a week. Some clubs are more, some are less. . .

I would generally say yes it’s due to inflation. The cost of everything is going up, including wages so dues have to as well.

Referees are more expensive, leagues are more expensive, fields are more expensive, everything is more expensive. Most of these clubs are barely breaking even. You have a few people, Bernie being the most notable, making very generous salaries but it’s not like clubs are hoarding cash. I can promise you, every single board meeting I’ve been in to determine clues dues is centered around how cheap can we make it while still being able to pay the bills.

We pay around $10,000/year between dues, 3 XF tournaments we must participate in, XF auction + "raffle", mandatory Man City Cup, mandatory Surf Cup, playoffs (if we make it) and showcases. XF chips in $10k for showcases and playoffs so $20k. I heard the oldest team is no longer free at XF but don't know that for sure. We have 21 on our roster x $3000 = $63k...you do the math in how XF gets richer.

21 is light these days no? Does that include Discovery players ? I suppose Discovery players don’t pay much.

Bernies poor choices have cost the club a lot of money.

now the Ricky debacle will make it much worse.

Welcome to Seattle United. No fields and only 3 practices per week, but please, do pay more than anyone in the state.

What poor choices? You G2BXF parents just keep giving and giving all the while he gets sued, picks fights with PAC coach and is despised by parents and players who are stuck with him. He's a train wreck that needs to go to pasture, but the $ is too easy and sweet. SUCKERS!

Your jealousy shows. Gives more money back to kids then any other club period. Facts hurt !

Correct, but also takes more than any other club.

HS girls team with 20 rostered couldn't make it through the season due to injuries had to use guests for the last several games of the season and played with no subs for post season. Play at the more competitive levels with older kids results in more injuries with longer recovery times. If you aren't on the team why do you care anyway?

Seems to me x-fire gives $ back to kids that can play, unfortunately not to the kids who need it. Bernie will do anything to win.
