Wow! I just read their reviews, not good at all! The only good reviews looked like it came from kids that play on a team there that were goofing around and people affiliated with the club. If POC don’t go there!Originally posted by Guest View PostComment

I’ve read reviews???!!! That is the funniest **** I’ve seen posted. Who are always the most verbal haters, the ones whose kids struggled or entitled parents who didn’t get their way. No tie to that club, but when I see people quote reviews, it is always some bitter and salty parent whose kid lost their spot or they weren’t at that level to begin with. We have faced their teams at 07 boys, some solid talent, but not the depth of strong ECNL teams.Comment

We left this year. Club leadership is atrocious, half a dozen coaches left, tons of families from multiple age groups have left or are trying to. The kids are great- it isn’t their fault. My kid enjoyed the team, but the training was awful, the coach was abusive, and there is so much internal turmoil that director roles were constantly changing. When they announced they would be replacing coaches with Tacoma Stars players, I knew we couldn’t come back.Comment

Actually, I believe adding young Tacoma Stars players to the coaching lineup was the new director Nick Perera’s idea, as he still plays with them. I also think it was out of desperation as they lost so many coaches. They still have Peter Hattrup listed on their website as a coach but he left as well. They also raised their prices this year and a lot of parents weren’t okay paying more for even less experienced coaches than they already had. I don’t know how much input Dean really has, as a lot of the decisions seem to come from Ray, Nick and a woman named Rachel. Not too many people that I know have had positive interactions with any of them. Glad to be gone from the club.Comment
