Unless Titans/Surf leadership can 1. Pay people livable wages 2. Treat their employees like people and not robots that need to coach every game and program to make more money for the club and 3. have an actual work/life balance with time off that’s not just the 4th of July and Christmas, they will continue to lose coaches. This sh!ts not new, people are just noticing now.

I bet you those new guys from LFC don’t last past this soccer year unless the fix all of the above. Why would you work for a club like that anyway? Take those licenses and go somewhere else

Sounds worse than working at AMZN.

Surf is one of the better paying clubs. XF is worst, look at their poor coaches needing to get side jobs to make ends meet.

Totally made up. Yeah, like anyone who posts to this chatboard has actually seen the contracts or the paystubs.

I just went on Indeed and looked at the perennial surf/titans coaches want adds. Starting at 17.50/hour, with $600 to $1500 max per team per month. Adam also expects them to "volunteer" for his extra recruiting sessions in order to get victims for their teams. If the coaches can't recruit a teams worth of players , they are gone. Who is going to stick around for that.

I was at tryouts last night and i tell you the hundreds of kids and their families didn’t look like victims. They seemed happy to be there. And those coaches looked professional and ran a great
tryout for the kids. They didn’t look disgruntled. You are clearly biased against the club and have now started a fantasy in your head not based on reality.

I assume the OP was referencing how little the Surf coaches get paid to explain why there is much turnover there
compared to the coaching turnover at Liverpool which seems to be personality driven . Perhaps "victim" equals "potential paycheck" assuming the happy coaches you saw last night can get the happy families you saw to put their credit card down today. Thats what a for profit club like Surf is all about anyways, right? Thats what makes Adam happy :)

Hundreds? That's funny. I was there too and there was less than a hundo there. Stop gaslighting people.

Not really. Coaches are forced to have 4-5 teams, sometimes in multiple locations. They have to do programs, not an option. That’s part of their salary. They’re coaching 7 days a week, without break.

Yup. Their version of paying coaches livable wages is to put them all at $400-$700/team (literally, especially for the location teams) but there’s no way to survive off 2 teams like that. So what do you need to do? Have 4-6 just to make $2k - $2.5k a month. Why do you think you see so many teams training together? How the hell else is the coach supposed to get to x2 trainings a week for each team. And on top of that, work the programs on Fridays, Saturday and Sundays when you don’t have games. Just a time bomb waiting for coaches to quit once they’re exhausted.

Also whoever said $600-$1500 a team was generous. Unless the $1500 side is what they’re paying these new coaches cause nobody makes that much. Trust.

But because these coaches will work for peanuts Adam can own a home on country club drive. You cant make this stuff up

This is much more accurate for Surf. Much lower turnout than I was expecting and such a hard sell to sign immediately I felt I was being sold a timeshare
