Even if programs are free:
Lack of transportation
Lack of nutrition
Additional outside training/support
Sports equipment (cleats, etc)
Access to fields near home
People like to focus on the disparity of wealth on the top end. But its an issue that goes much deeper than the family that lives in Laurelhurst. Easy to pick on them, but opening your eyes beyond what you see will show you a much more grim picture.
Consider a migrant laborer in Yakima, Benton, Franklin, and Grant County. What are you doing to help them. You are worried about club teams- they are worried about sending their kid to school.
Feel fortunate your child has access to clean water, nice fields, and a wealth of soccer options that dont include ECNL. While you are typing on your iphone and chilling in your Hyundai, consider for a moment someone in a worse situation than you.
Atletico- what a joke. Helping the poor and starving in Mercer Island. There are real people that need help and access to soccer.

While in eastern washington you have large hispanic populations that have no access to fields. And you have some dumb club like atletico taking money from us soccer under the premise of giving acces to poor families when 3/4 of their team are white/asian, live in bellevue/mercer island, drive new cars, are wearing $250 cleats, and live in $1M+ homes.

If you have a top player his training can be good. For average or beginners it would be waste of money. His training is the same for all levels if that tells you anything. His coaching is rec level at best but good for him for trying.
