Thanks for the share! I do think a lot of problems that are highlighted in this forum would be minimized by increased communication from the clubs/coaches. Everybody here seems to expect all parents to be experts in all things soccer and this ask no questions. We’ll take your money but don’t you dare ask us anything. More explanations, not justifications which they don’t owe the parents, would go a looong way in quieting parents. Many frustrations are based in simply not knowing what is happening or what is expected.Comment

This reminds me of all the parents that move their kids around to other teams. They will say its what the kid wants- but in reality, its what the parent wants 9 times out of ten.
