I wonder what lfc new hire has as his license. I am sure it is the A that the media release claims it is.

When Troy was at XF it said he had a B license and he does not even have a C license, what else is he lying about, I guess that is why Eastside will not put up his bio after being there 2 years. Imposter

Interestingly, WPL has a new employee whose job is to verify the licenses of all coaches in the super league. Apparently you need a minimum US Soccer C license to coach in WPL super league. I’m pretty sure ECNL and other leagues have minimum coaching license requirements, so how does Troy and other coaches like him with no licenses or low level licenses coach teams in those leagues? There are a bunch of coaches at crossfire, Eastside, etc. who have no licenses or F licenses.

People who lie about licensing you mean. Or who think that diplomas or certificates are equivalent to a federation license. The USSF directory lists coaches licenses.

USSF A license is very difficult to earn unlike United Soccer Coaches diplomas. Two very very different levels of education and accountability.

There are coaches/ Directors out there claiming that their United Soccer Coaches diplomas are equivalent to year long licenses. Leagues have licensing standards for a reason. Just be honest about your credentials! A diploma is a diploma, a license is a license. Talk about faking it till you make it!! The USSF directory lists all LICENSES. Feel free to search your favorite coaches on there, especially those who claim “equivalent” licensure.

There are so many sad and brainwashed people that think a big USSF licenses makes a coach better than someone who went a different path. You’ll miss out on some absolutely brilliant coaches with that really uneducated approach. Only in this state
