In some parts of the world they have community clubs with promotion and relegation. Here in the USA we have free market economics.
Clubs that are run well, have great ethics and create a good customer experience for their members/parents/players will probably succeed over time. Clubs that aren't will shrink and go out of business. And if there is a demand gap in the market, more clubs will show up and try.
    That's the American Way.

Titans/Surf takes advantage of new soccer families, especially international families, that know nothing about the youth soccer system and charge them higher fees for the same thing they can get elsewhere. They can get away with this because of the financial demographic in their operating are.

Example of bad ethics, last year they charged location families that train twice per week the same amount as their “elite” teams that practice 3 times per week. They also promised several teams a certain amount of tournaments to be included in their fees and several teams did not meet that number.

And the thought that something that is economically successful therefore is ethical is a joke. There are numerous businesses that are unethical but take advantage of lack of consumer knowledge.

In the soccer world can look at XF and how they can literally do anything they want, have accusations of some really bad stuff from former players, yet families are unaware of the situations and parents continue to let them go there. Worse yet, some families know this and still take their kids there.

Thanks Adam. As long as you are getting paid

It’s funny how Rory keeps lashing out at Surf instead of taking responsibility for his actions. Surf is just fine, worry about your own club before it’s too late.

They didn’t charge Location Families more… they charged elite teams the same amount as location teams as it was the first season and there was uncertainty about the way things would go.

Rory don’t you have a job to do? Spending so much time here posting about Surf isn’t what you get paid for.
