Does anyone know if the Eastside FC coaches survey is anonymous? (The link from your phone does not ask for an email address)

All of these types of things are supposed to be. Could they have someone figure out who sent it perhaps but i
doubt they would do that because you gave a coach a bad review. -
Yes it’s anonymous…but negative reviews will not be considered. If it ain’t broke (the directors certainly are NOT) then why fix it?Comment

Yes, it is anonymous. But it’s also not hart to figure out which parent wrote what. At the beginning of the survey you indicate not only which coach you have, but also which team your child is on.
And then between 10-18 players per team, they know which parents are unhappy or disgruntled and about which issues.Comment

Survey, like always they will get rid of the parents/ players that complain and do nothing with the survey. It’s all ticking a box and trying to justify their wages.
“champions for life “, it’s more like this from club directors “ I am champion of my life” so regardless of info, they do there own thing. The club President is non existent.Comment

Do all clubs do surveys? Can’t imagine XF does because they don’t even pretend to care (at least this is one thing they are honest about).Comment
