Violence on team

I had not heard this story but have played that XF15G team and am not surprised by this at all. Luckily we had an experienced referee who helped control it. We had to stop the game, tell them to stop talking to the 7&8 year old girls on our team, and move our parents to the opposite sideline because they were understandably getting a little aggravated that grown adults were calling their kids names. One of the moms stormed over to our team huddle, grabbed a girls should to turn her around and said something along the lines of “I played college soccer and you are a dirty player and nasty little girl.” It took everything inside of me to not completely go insane but I did tell her to get the f away from my players before we were going to have big problems.

Extreme. If she touched my kid I'd smack the sh(t out of her. And if her hubby wants some, come get some child abusers. This isn't a Milano derby with local ultras running around with shivs.

Heard that a kid from rush broke another kids leg and wenatchee players all wanted to fight him. Rush team needed police protection next day at rainier challenge as there were threats. Wenatchee players calling everyone the N word. Anyone else see this? Is this wysa or gangster disciples?

Who's got the skinny on this? Those teams are typically top of the RCL1 B08 table so they must see each other all the time.

imagine being the XF parent who signes up his daughter for that RCL1 team. I’m sorry, how are you going to subject your child

I heard a couple of parents of really good players from that g2015 rcl1 decided to leave the XF team this year because of that incident.

plus the crazy XF dad who started the brawl (the one with the crutch for after the knee surgery) is still there… so who knows what kind of thing is going to transpire.

Where is the coach at in all of this? I’ve absolutely seen talented players kicked off teams solely because of parent behavior on the sideline.

I dont think that’s how it works. If you’re turning a verbal altercation into a physical fight, you are the one starting violence. And you will be the one found guilty

Well, Asian-American would probably be the correct term. But if you know that parent, we played against that XF team and he was generally very obnoxious.

The parents involved need to be kicked off the team. Disgraceful to name call, even worse to escalate the situation through violence. Neither is a victim.

Kick them off the team. When their daughters suffer the consequence of bad parents, maybe they will learn.
