A so cal team says in the tryout section:

These policies are spelled out in our on line Club Player Parent Agreement. Once you have committed to a club and if you are considering leaving your current CYSA-South Team to join one of the Blues teams we respectfully ask you to follow through with your commitment to your current team and tryout for next season's Blues team. In addition, we respect a player's current team commitment and therefore we do not want players attending Blues training sessions if those sessions interfere with a player's current training sessions.

Do the rainy day people up here agree?

Oh so players are committed now? What do clubs commit to, if you don’t mind me asking? Taking the money?
