Mutanda is not good for competitive youth soccer.

Give the guy a break. To be successful the role requires 1/2 a week for someone e to run epd, communicate with parents, out reach to all the clubs in WYSA, and recruit competent coaches for low pay. He just can't donate the amount of time required to be successful so he puts in the bare minimum and scales the program back.
