Bull****. It gets you national level recognition at events. Surf is still a good brand name that a lot of college coaches and parents recognize. It’s way better than rebranding to some dumb alphabet soup acronym like LCFIAWAGunners. Surf gets you into the San Diego tournament which is still a great event even as the leagues do their own. The people at Surf are smart, they cater to affluent families with disposable income.

There are so many Surfs at this point it’s been so watered down. If you think getting into the 7th division of Surf is worth it then have at it.

The people who believe a brand name would be a game changer lives on another planet. If Titans keeps running as the current situation, yes they may have a ticket to Surf Cup but very likely to be in the bottom division. Nobody watches it...

Adam doesn’t pay his coaches and they get treated poorly while he collects money from families year after year. You have to have good coaches to develop players. They don’t have to be former pros but they have to have some sort of notoriety and not just some random kid off of indeed.

How about some facts. Your Titans at the boys 2009 have 4 teams, these kids have had 7 plus years of Adam teaching them soccer and their state rankings are, 73 (the EA team), 108,128 and 136 out of 136 teams. Come on! This is Issaquah rec territory. Rebranding the club is a sign of desperation.

I bet Adam could finally save his families some money though if he bought up all the old Surf jerseys from the last club that went broke buying into that franchise, Greater Seattle Surf . The remnants of that club are now called Sound FC. The old DOC club said it was the payments to Surf that did them in .

I always thought parents that got mad at refs were pathetic turds. But biased refs can really cause trouble in team rankings for the kids. There seems to be crazy bias aginst XF teams from refs.

Yes or No on the families having to get rid of the titans backpacks , warmup gear ect in 2024. Or will Surf allow them to use them next year. I am sure they will have to buy new Surf Jerseys. Those sponsor and kit contacts are gold mines for a for profit club like them.

All clubs make you switch uniforms regularly. Surf uniforms don’t have sponsors on them so you are wrong again.

Still waiting for someone in the know to answer will the titans kids have to buy surf back packs and warm up gear or will they be allowed to keep their titans gear. All the parents should assume they are going to have to buy surf jerseys even though the titans kit is new as that is a huge money maker for the clubs ( the kit providers kick back to the clubs a percent of each sale).

Surf is a Nike club and when Titans bought the franchise the new branding comes with it
