What is the situation? If its for an injury, relocation or something like that just email their new CEO, their owner, the registrar...the area team director...whoever will answer your email. You might get lucky and someone will actually answer.
If its because your kid got offered a better team at another club...just eat the loss and move on and be happy you dodged a bullet. Small price to pay for your kid's happiness.

Yeah, I'm sure it's a 'reasonable' decision to allow for a refund at Titans as well....you just can't sign up, not read the fine print, and then bail without a penalty. Who knows since OP has dropped off the threadComment
