Parents, be aware, James Riley is only after one thing, your money. An average player, well spoken, is only after your money. Stay away, might be great telling your friends who coaches your son, after that no results. All talk zero action.

I don't see anything wrong with JR trying to make money off us parents. He tried to build a business by focusing on the high school/college prep market in Bellevue that the titans abandoned so they could focus on the more lucrative under 13 market. It's just really hard when all he could deliver was taking his teams to Disney world for a meaningless , expensive jamboree.

Had a player leave my team to go play for him last year (he needed "more"). "JR7" killed the kid's passion for the game and just straight quit soccer. That's definitely what kids need.

Less than two weeks before he sold Rush out to Eastside, he was urging all the players to buy new Rush uniforms for next year “because they were on sale.” Less than a week before he sold the club out to Eastside, he held a club-wide meeting to admonish the players for not behaving well enough to “keep up the Rush brand.”
He promised new players that he was building a different, more positive and uplifting club all the way until the day he sold Rush out to Eastside.
And he does all of this under the guise of being a Christian.

What I have found in both my personal and professional life is anytime someone adds the religious kicker to sell you on something it's time to find a new salesman or shop elsewhere. Not that the product is bad but if you need people to know that you believe in God in order for them to buy in you are doing it wrong. My .02, your actions will show people who you are and your belief system, not your words.
