Here’s a solution, leave the club, or demand better representation from the top down. Start with the top, because obviously after all these years, it trickles down. Does anyone at XF actually speak up? Is it really a choice between speaking up and not rocking the boat for your kids? That’s not a choice, that’s a sentence.

Have you not heard of the one person speaking out? Some of these posts on here have vilified her, are they coming from parents, players or from the top. My money is it’s coming from the top.
