To be frank, the experience will be entirely dependent on the coach. None of the clubs in the area have a true cohesive model applicable across their teams that will fit what you're asking. Crossfire a and b are very athletic based on quickness and skills gained prior to joining and pigeon hole players into just one b position. SU a and b play entirely different styles from one another. Eastside A emphasizes winning above development. Sound is an absolute mess organizationally. PAC has a lot of talented individual players but their "system" is inflexible and the kids don't learn how to read the game.
In the end, just try to pick a coach who isn't an ******* at that age who coaches their players the same way they'd coach teenagers.
