Hello Parents,

You are invited to join us to learn about all the great things happening at crossfire. We look forward to you becoming part of our family, here is the agenda for our meeting

1- introduction to our white privileged director of soccer
2- introduction to our Boys ECNL Director ( a big congratulations to him coming back from his recent suspension)
3- An intro to our Girls ECNL Director ( he will share his journey at Crossfire Oregon and how he brought the whole organization down)
4- farewell to our great coaches Jhon Hurtado and Dan Leeming. Both can’t stand working for Bernie and we will miss them dearly
5- a look back at our 21-22 season in honor of troy and justi for the great teams they put together for crossfire though out their time with us. We love to take care of our Alumni coaches and recognize them.
6- intro to all of our existing white privileged parents. We will coach you on how to sell out on your coaches and always love your club
7- Mark Metzger and Michael Teiman will walk us through their private training business. Both coaches have not developed any kids but thrive on our great clientele

Say what you will about the rest of the gossip, but Metzger took our team from bottom half of div 3 to undefeated and promoted to div 2 in two years. 4 kids promoted to the higher team while he was coach. Hate him if you want, he's not everyone's cup of tea, but he develops players.

As an XF parent I think this is hilarious.. well done. But my kid is graduating so I am grateful that i don't have to deal with this mess next season.
