Beaverton Cup
Nemesis played a hard fought battle with the Energy. Nemesis came out on top 4-2

Final vs Timber- Timbers score in the first minute. It was a battle royal the rest of the game. Nemesis score with five minutes left. Pk's go 6 rounds with the Nemesis having the chance to win it in the 5th. Timbers win

Season standings 1-1. It is always fun to play the state finalist and regional champ. They bring the best out in us.

Wow what a weekend I am tired and it was my DD doing all the work. This is my first time writing on this site and thanks to Eggy for pointing this site out. I know a few of you out there and have been reading for awhile and thougt it was time to jump on board.

Long weekend indeed

Not only did the girls play 5 games (2 1/2 games with no subs), but our team ran the concession stand at Westview High School at the Varsity field. It was an exhausting weekend for the girls as well as the parents, starting at 8am each morning and ending at 9pm each night (we finished early on Sunday).

There were some good games this weekend. The girls had quite the battle with Nemesis, then the team simply fell apart. We had a little drama with the team which eventually showed up on the field. The team seems to be working through it and was more more relaxed this week during practice.

Not sure if I'm looking forward to this coming weekend or not. We play the state champions for both Oregon and Washington and we're missing 3 players. The girls are gonna have to play their best ball just to stay in the games. They played the Timbers and Nemesis well last weekend so anything is possible. Good luck to everyone this weekend!

How do ya play them both? Aren't they in seperate brackets? :roll:
