To be fair he was a Westside prodigy. While Westside has produced some nice players you’ll find that they don’t survive the vigors of the pro game because development is not Westside’s plan. Their plan is to win trophies at any cost. If a player survives that model and makes it then it’s just a bonus.

WsM products Chad Barrett a 12 yr Pro & Danny Mwanga 7 yr Pro.
All 3 spent their entire Oregon Club years ecclusively with wsm, today they have banked 27years and counting of pro ball.
Whilst all the other local clubs produce payroll for soccer bums....pre covid of course.
It's all about priorities they say...
Bummer about the Rubio washout....

He is playing so that is good. Also, scoring goals so he may get a look in a different league.
I say good for him. He may be only getting paid 30k but if he saved any of his $$ from the other contracts then current rate of pay is no big deal.

Only in the United States is this type of lunacy possible.
Feel bad for the guy, it's truly devastating.

It's great he has saved enough from his pro playing days to now have the chance to be on the field day in and out and he gets to play for the love of the game! Which is Sweet.
He is young, go get some exercise during covid in So Cal when everybody else is forced to wear a mask
Stay Classy San Diego...Anchorman
