Have you had either of these gentlemen actually coach your kid at soccer? No, I didn’t think so. By the way, the 6 weeks Stevie was at RCF as an assistant coach doesn’t count. You don’t have any idea what you are talking about.

My son was good enough to be the best on his team. Everyone cheers his name. The Timbers missed the boat on him.
          Yawn

After the silly bar graph eval we got today, the Timber flunkies not only missed the boat they now miss the sea as well since they are run aground for the immediate future... Figures...Yawn.

My son is better than all those flunkies. If he would have been given a chance to shine. Yawn

Well, my DS was given a mediocre evaluation by the Timbers, but La Masia is interested. Unfortunately, thanks to Trump the EU is not letting Americans in, so I guess it's back to THUSC instead.

I don't care either. My son is top notch so the Timbers are terrible for not recognizing his talent. My mission now is to poo poo everything TA related. Yawn.

To be fair what the TA flunkies think about 10/11/12 year olds trajectory in this sport is about as useful as a white crayon in a coloring contest.

Considering they haven't spotted or developed any MLS or international talent from this local fishing hole since (club inception) 2011.

They have shat themselves into irrelevance and reality is they don't care either.

Sad but true. They have a history of training the creativity out of the player, and bringing in athletic kids that never had any to begin with.

My son is creative. But they don't see it.... So their program is no good. Yawn.

I agree. They are no good and never have been and their coaches are no good either. We should be the leaders this time. We are smarter than them. We could do better than them. We can scout, teach, coach these kids into stardom.

Given how quickly this thread has devolved into who can be more juvenile and passive aggressive, I almost feel sorry for Westside that they will be dealing with these parents when the season starts. Almost.

Not to bring to much profundity to this out of control bong session, but historically local clubs did far better producing Pros pre-Timbers DA 2012. Jus sayin. I don't know who 'works' at the timbers youth program these days. But the locals clubs did much better in fact on their own.
