Sigh.
In the 03 age group, there's really only one local girl who is NT quality. She happens to play for CU. She wasn't called up. What does that mean?
By itself, nothing. Often times, YNT camps have a different set of players every time, as the coaches want to bring in a lot of prospects. The current camp is not necessarily the "top 32 girls" according to US Soccer. Her absence is not necessarily either a snub, nor proof she doesn't rate.
What does that say about CU? Mainly that they were able to recruit this player, and haven't (AFAIK) stifled her development. In other words, they found a unicorn.
Anyone claiming anything beyond that is making a fool of themselves.

Oregon doesn't land players on Girls YNT or full team rosters in any meaningful bi-annual competitions. With our current diluted mess of club teams and coaching offered it's more fun to travel in the HS off season or just play in the local state or regional leagues.

Grandpa - which non-traveling team is producing girls that make it to top level colleges outside of Oregon? Let’s try and keep it in the past 10 years this time.

Sounds like title ix Ted who talks to himself like somehow there are multiple people that agree with him.

This is funny...typical Oregon threads=name calling.
Why even pose this question? Evidence is within the largest club in MLS. Another thread is conversing over the new "discovery program" of the Timbers....gee...I wonder why?
Ask your Vancouver/Oregon Timbers DOC or technical directors how they connect their talent to opportunities? Ask them how that all works and how many players they've sent on? Then ask in what leagues..... I'm sure you'll have a fun conversation.
Or just stay on here screaming at each other.
