Regardless, B. James is a complete tool. US Soccer is the governing body (DA, Nat teams etc). disenfranchised clubs have to stop crying and get cracking. Sounds just like the whiny irrelevant local clubs who thought US Club Soccer travel for girls was the thing, then US Soccer made a DA of girls.
