Players can still use their 2018/2019 player card until the end of July. Mt Hood Challenge is in August. SCA can also just get US Club cards.

Just saw the final brackets for Mt. Hood.
IFC has teams in several age groups.

This is interesting. Spill the details OYSA.
          Why did Timbers get involved?

All this arguing over meaningless summer tournaments. Meanwhile OYSA has released their league structure for 2019-20, which makes it abundantly clear MJ and his ilk won't be allowed in their league. I would feel sorry for these parents if they hadn't ignored (and therefore condoned/enabled) his clown show for so many years.

You just need player cards from a governing association, that can be US Club. Just because OYSA said NO doesn't mean they can't get US Club cards and play.

They might just play in the PSPL, a good place for them and any other club that doesn't qualify for OYSA. PSPL has far less rules for clubs and unlike the ECNL leagues you don't need a history you just need to register.

Sorry but the US Club ECNL only accepts clubs that provide a promissory note to cover travel costs. In lieu of a credit check. SCA have a strong, but short history of collection.

Correct about the IFC cards expiration date July 31 2019.

SCA could become a 501c3 in heartbeat and apply to USYS or US Club heck even AYSO as a nomadic band of ex pats siphoning monies from parents who don't know any better, in their attempts to chase the MAGA dream.

Personally I can't wait til Brexit is finalized and these jokers are forced to withdraw from Oregon.

                    Isn't Oregon a sanctuary state?

You post makes no sense. You responded to someone who basically said SCA could not get into the ECNL because they have no history. Another cup of coffee ?

I am not sure if SCA could be 501c3 SCA is London based ? What type of work visa's do the coaches have ? How are the funds handled ? It is probably more in depth then we think.

Please try and keep up, actual club on field performance or 'History' isn't that important or relevant when it comes to who is accepted into the US Club ECNL, as evidenced by the inclusion of middle rung weaker states clubs like Oregon's own. Also many 'start up' clubs have been added in recent years after the USSDA rapture guttled the league nationwide.

The promissory note and ability to pay for considerable travel is the key requirement when all is said and done.

Sorry you were under some other delusion, it's simply your own theory.

SCA has a better chance of getting into the US Club ECNL due to the promissory note requirement as they were rejected by the OYSA/USYS.

SCA Will not have any players playing in tournaments after August 1 because their cards will have expired. They will have to pay US club money in order to do any events in August or beyond. In my opinion that would be a bad business move because of the cost for a short term. There were for SCA teams on the original mount a challenge excepted list. Once the Muppets found out they were rejected I will not be able to have teams in the tournament they were removed from the list .

Timbers are a vendor. It would be no different than the company that cleans OYSA’s office each night giving their opinion. You are clearly struggling with the fact that SCA made an elementary mistake because their number one goal isn’t to provide a better place for players but to create a place that keeps the Muppets in the U.S.——all the while making more money than the minimum wages they were making coaching teams.

This should read they will not have OYSA cards

If they are not going to have OYSA cards they will need a card from an association like US Club for the rest of the soccer year, August 2019 to July 2020. That is not short term
