Some good games tomorrow. People are always talking crap but it shouldn’t stop people from talking about it. It’s a tournament where nearly every top teams enter. You are missing 1-2 that could have a chance or compete to win it on each age but you get everyone else. And the talent is as good or better on the top teams minus the Timbers academy at the older ages. They recruit overseas so it doesn’t really stack up.

It’s fun to watch people around each other play against one another. It’s telling and good for soccer. People can claim all they want but if they never play no one really knows. And you’d be surprised how one club in this area doesn’t dominate the rest. Doesn’t matter what affiliation their isn’t one that would truly be in it at every age group with their top teams. Not one. One could have 2 maybe but even those teams could lose in state cup. Teams win state cup that beat teams that don’t play or teams that don’t play lose to teams the ones that play in it. If you were from Eugene, it would be good to know what the club in Corvallis is up to at every age group you have. There is also a lot more to know that if a team wins or loses.

It’s a shame state Cup isn’t played by everyone but it’s still unique for the ones that do. Outright state champion. Until someone wants to put together an elite cup lol that unifies a few teams that would sprinkle in places 1-6 on the state level, people who hate are the ones avoiding and talking while the other teams play.
