What can Thorns do - cut them? And replace them with who?
The younger teams are a completely different story. They are hemorrhaging top players at an alarming rate.

The oldest team has at least one commit. They won’t get shut out. To be fair some of the players probably aren’t even interested in college.
The younger teams I have no comment on. Nothing good to stay so I will not say anything at all.

For other tournaments, it is the same with GDA teams doing well as well.
Claiming to be the best while not playing the best. Then when they lose to the mediocre the one time they play them they claim it’s just one instance.
Doesn’t take much to point that out.
Fc Portland 01 Ecnl was 4th in OYSA

All these posts about Oregon soccer is weak nationally is really untrue. I did a quick search of the top 2 national clubs here which are ECNL and GDA. Here are the standings and records don't lie. It looks like overall, Oregon soccer is pretty good. Especially ECNL appears to be doing great early on.
ECNL record/ national standing
06 5-0-0/ 2nd
05 5-0-0/ 2nd
04 2-1-2/ not ranked
03 4-1-0/ 5th
02 5-0-0/ 16th
01/00 2-1-2/ not ranked
overall 23-3-4
DA record (none are nationally ranked)
14/15 2-10-3
16/17 3-9-4
18/19 6-8-2
overall 11-27-9

Aren't the Thorns being run by Westside now? Westside might be able to help get more college recruits.
I know the Thorns are more of a pro track but it is really surprising if they only have one or two college commits. Maybe Westside can help that?

Do you realize that before the da gutting all those teams couldn’t even score goals?
I’m not making it up. Crossfire United Ecnl has teams that scored less than 4 goals all season.
You don’t get to rank yourself when you play garbage teams that get beat by everyone else.

Crossfire United Ecnl when they had to play OYSA teams tied 4th place Eastside
2-2
Eastide turned around and beat crossfire wa Ecnl 3-2.
Pac nw before they went to Ecnl lost to all of the top 4 rcl teams.
Just because you hide and play b teams makes you nationally ranked b team.

There is no such team/club as Crossfire Washington. How did Eastside beat a team that does not even exist.
I will agree Pac NW is not great, but they're new, they'll fine their way.
But quit making stuff up.

A perfect example is of made up facts you are making is "I’m not making it up. Crossfire United Ecnl has teams that scored less than 4 goals all season."
First of all Soccer development isn't about only scoring goals so maybe you should come with a valid argument. Second, we should always be wary of the poster that starts with I'm not making this up. I don't even know why I engage, of course that means you are making this up (fact checking is so easy with Google). I just this once want to show how ridiculous you are how simple that is to prove. Let me make this easy so even you understand... GF means how many goals they scored against other teams, GA means how many goals are score against their team... Is that clear?
GF/GA through only 5 games which is hardly a season
06 14/4
05 25/3
04 9/4
03 15/3
02 17/4
01/00 9/7
All which are above that 4 goal mark you mentioned. I truly feel sorry for you that you feel it necessary to come on here and lie. Sad...
